Error for redeeming vaucher

I have a Midi Korg and brought me a vaucher to claim some of the Komplete 15 Select, but I have been to exchange the vaucher to get the following error:
The voucher code 'XXXXXXXX' is not valid. Please check the voucher details, review the terms and conditions of the voucher or contact support for assistance. Is there any way to contact the support?
