Maschine 3 soft ware acitvation not possible on all computers - NI not reachable
I assume NI has massive problems. I cannot reach anybody. Support seams to be dead (read negative reviews on internet). I paid for Maschine 3 software and it appears als "demo" in Native Access. Activation via Maschine 3 software ist not possible. I run the newest softwares on PC and Mac (M2)ā¦same problem and no help fromā¦

Using Kontrol S49 MK3 without registration
I bought a used S49 MK3 at my local Guitar Center, and although it seems very nice, the person who sold it didn't deregister it. How to fix the Tuner on GR7?
GR7 Pro Tuner stopped working. The tuning fork works. No longer registers signal from guitar. It's been intermittent in the past. Now doesn't register a signal from guitar at all.

Changed path for content, but...
I needed space on my C drive, so I moved my NI content from the default to D:/Native Instruments. I could not find that path when updating NAccess, the path that is shown in the Native Access app shows D:/Documents. I did a repair and the the current projects in SO1 are showing as updated, (after I reassign the path whenā¦

Mouse pointer constantly curls in Kontakt 8
Why does the mouse pointer constantly curl with a blue circle in Kontakt 8? It's really annoying and getting on my nerves! Here is my system (see image). I don't know what to do anymore. No way to load any NI instruments (Massive,Reaktor,Monarc,prism) on Maschine 2.18.14 (Intel x86). All installed trought Native Access (on default locations) Always get the same error when trying to load some NI instruments from browser. Kontakt 8 is not listed in my AU's for garageband
I purchased a GGD drum plugin, downloaded that and kontakt 8 per the requirements. It will not show up in my audio units whenever I try to insert it as a plugin.
