Why does NTKDaemon want to run as a login item?
Hi, this question is more to NI itself, then to the Community but anyways. Why NTKDaemon wants to install itself as a login item every time I start Native Access app (which is a horrible behemoth by itself, btw)? It is really required to download files from the Internet, to have a daemon app running for all times? I am…

Hi everyone, Native Access recently released 3.11.1. This is a hotfix to address the situation where some users are no longer able to open Native Access. This was caused by an update to our build systems that unintentionally wasn't actively supporting MacOS 11 anymore. We managed to recover the issue and tested it with a…

NTKDaemon Service not running/closing itself | Native Access Trouble
I am having problems with Native Access and I am pretty sure that the NTKDaemon Service is the origin of that. After updating to the latest version of NA (3.12.1 as of this post), I was stuck on the “Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies.” page. Native Access - Mid Q2 Update
Hi all, Q2 is almost done, so I understand this post comes late. I had a DevTalks article prepared for after the subscription launch to discuss the topic of Onboarding, but given the state of Native Access at the moment, it didn’t feel right to publish this at this moment. Instead, we’ve reconvened and readjusted our…

Known issues
Hi everyone, Native Access 3.11.0 is out. As many of you know by now, we've begun rolling out the 360 subscription offering. 3.10.0 was our first release to address some enhancements to the subscription launch experience, but we're aware of the regressions that have been caused since then.
