Can't open Native Access 2 "grant permission to Native Access for installing dependencies..."

I installed NTKDaemon & Native Access successfully but when I try to open Native Access I get the "grant permission to Native Access for installing dependencies..." & then freezes.

I tried gpedit-enabler.bat but it won't install on my Windows 10 Home.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
