NTKDaemon Service not running/closing itself | Native Access Trouble

I am having problems with Native Access and I am pretty sure that the NTKDaemon Service is the origin of that.

What happened: I have reset my computer fully, installed windows 11 and downloaded Native Access which worked fine until yesterday. The NTKDaemon Service was running in the background and Native Access worked, I could install all my Software like Kontakt 7 and the Software ran without problems. Then I installed Playbox (for Kontakt) and during the installation a folder with the Installer opened, I clicked the installer and it gave me the error "please insert disk" - wut? Ok, cancelled the installation → Native access stopped working from then.

The Problem: The NTKDaemon Service is not running in the background, when I try to start it with services.msc it closes itself. It manifests itself in Native Access starting and then getting stuck on loading products… Also none of my products work anymore (for example Kontakt 7 just doesn't open)

Errors:

"The Service 'NTKDaemonService' has been terminated unexpectedly. This happened 24 times already"

  • Sometimes I am also getting the Errorcode 1067 when I try to start the service manually. I couldn't get the message right now, so no screenshot, but it says: "the process terminated unexpectedly".

I tried:
- reinstalling NA and NTKDaemon, deleting the regestry
- contacted support (couldn't help unfortunately)
- downgrade von NA2 to NA1 (it just updates to NA2 again -.- and downloads the new version of NTKDaemon -.-)
- running NTKDaemon through compatability mode

System:
- Win11
- NA and NTKDaemon newest updated version
- any more info needed?

I'll gladly provide any info needed if my description incomplete.

I am struggling with Native Access for a month now and the only thing that seems to work is a full computer reset. I did that 3 times already and got it working, but, like descriped, then it suddenly doesn't. I dont want to reset my pc again.

Thanks a lot,
realtime
