NTKDaemon still using too much CPU time

I am getting sick of this. It stays at close to 5 % (typically 4.6% to 4.9%) usage for a very long time when I start my computer and again when I open Native Access. This has been happening for a long time - over a year, but I'm not sure exactly which version of NA it started with. Also, NA constantly gets stuck on "Loading Products" and I have to kill it and re-open, sometimes twice more, to get it to open.

Between this and the issues with Komplete Kontrol I am quickly loosing confidence in and patience with NI.

Hi @SF_Green Hayo, our product manager for Native Access, tried to reproduce the issue on his end but no luck so far. We'll keep investigating to get to the bottom of it.

If you are not satisfied with the performance or functionality of the N.I. apps (including NTKDaemon) , then you ought to at least give Native Instruments a fair chance to try to help you rectify the situation : N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
