Impossible to instal Native Access 2, cannot install & use products I have bought

Good morning,
I have recently bought Vibe Rewind VST and it specifically said I have to upgrade to Native Access 2. I went to Native Access app to check if I do not already have version 2, it offered me an update, I clicked yes and that is where it all went to sh... NTK Daemon failed to start and from that time I am not able to finish the install, nor use the product I bought. I spend soooooo many hours researching this, tried all of that and NOTHING WORKS. It is really frustrating. After all the research, I think problem is not in my computer BUT in the installer.
I have downloaded NTKDaemon installer and run it separately from here:
https_support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/5259695604625-Native-Access-Error-Please-grant-permission-to-NTK-Daemon-to-install-dependencies
It installed right away and started the service. However, to my surprise when I launched Native Access app to finish the install, it stopped the running service (I checked in services) and REMOVED the service, then it lauched its own NTKDaemon installer which again has failed. So what is the point of separate install when NA Access 2 replaces it?
Installer on support page works and the one inside Native Access 2 installer don't. Problem is not in my priviledges if the other one can install it without problem. I hope that is obvious.
It is possible that support page offers older version of NTKDaemon on that googledrive and NA Access installer has more recent one, but I did not find anywhere version that is, nor where to download it (it would probably get replaced as well)
Does anyone has a working solution or link to the correct NTK daemon installer, please?

What version does Native Access say it is?

I went through all the steps in the support section. DISM, SFC, and reinstalling the c++ libs.
Running the installer from cmd.exe as admin, file protection flagged 3 alerts. After I allowed them, the install finished, and Native Access worked. For Downloads, I needed to allow aria2c.exe. Screenshots in the attachments.1 -
@Chris Cowan Which installer do you mean? I have run both as admin, no popups like you have. I do not use third party antivirus, what steps are you talking about? Plus if that would be the case, neither of the installers would work. Possibly NA Access 2 installer does not launch the deamon installer as admin.

@Chris Cowan I do not have controlled folder access turned on in defender

I uninstalled the previous NA Access and download the NA Access 2 installer. I launched it explicitly from a cmd.exe window running as admin. (Hoping it might output something useful to stderr)
With protection on, I only noticed the alerts after looking there. Perhaps something else was watching NTKDaemon (the first one to hit the problem) since it's a service.Help/About says 3.17.0 (db0b7b7b / 1.23.0.0)

I also downloaded the most recent VC_resist.x64.exe from Microsoft.
And I am very current on Win 11 updates. (I wanted all of the current Midi 2.0 and Midi Wifi stuff)0 -
These errors are coming from Windows Defender.
You need to turn off Controlled Folder Access.

I already pointed out that on my side that Controlled Folder Access was never turned on, so that is not the issue here.

I have latest version of visual studio 2022, since I am a software engineer, I believe all these comes with it.

I am not sure who I am talking to. Is it @Chris Cowan with the issue or you? Or both?
If it is you @Jarous - you need to post a screencap or something as your initial thread is very hard to follow.

I’ll make a joke to resume this thread:
Do you want to install NI stuff? You must start with a 4 years study cycle in computer science. And then… you will not be able to do it anyway 😂😂😂
If this is the case (every time I read a thread it is full of software engineers and developers… are all computer guys also musicians?)

Not all of them, but I certainly have for 15 years now, it's what I do for a living. I've stated the obvious, it's an update that should work without hassle, but it doesn't. There should also be a way to create an install log file, which would be easy if the installer they provide was MSI, which unfortunately it is not. This way it is a blackbox and no-one know what it is doing. Is there any real technical support?
