My account has been locked and I no longer have access to the email associated with my NI account.
I have a new email address. When I went to login to my account to change it I tried what I thought was my password too many time and my account was locked. Now I have no way of getting the email to unlock it. Has anyone else had this happen and if so how long for support to respond?
