Can't login to Native Access. Removed and reinstalled over 10 times but it never works. Please help!

serial number error for brand new product
I bought a brand new traktor z1 from amazon.com and when I went to register the software to download the traktor pro 4, there was a message that the serial number was already registered. I have no idea what to do now.

Put NI RegFix tool into Native Access!
That's it. That tool fixed all kinds of install issues during updates that would not update because stupid msi installers were missing. Too much hassle. Just bake the tool into native access. I dont even actually need to uninstall. Just run the tool if nothing else works.

Hallo, I´d like like to Update Kontakt 8 now 2 times, but it´s not working in Native Access. Is there a special Problem nowadays? All other Plugins Kontakt15 are working. Should I uninstall Kontakt in Windows APPS? And retry? Thanks for helping Michael
