Hi everyone,
I’m running into a frustrating issue with Native Access on Windows and was wondering if anyone has found a reliable fix for this.
I currently have 53 pending updates (including Aquarius Earth, Beam, Basement Era, etc.), but every time I try to update, I get an immediate "Download failed" error message (as seen in the screenshot).
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
- Internet Connection: Stable and working perfectly for everything else.
- Storage & Paths: All paths (Download, Content, Application) are set correctly in the preferences. There is plenty of disk space available.
- Audio Apps: I’ve ensured that no DAWs or other audio-related software are running in the background.
What I’ve already tried (without success):
- Restarting Native Access and my PC.
- Running Native Access as an Administrator.
- Disabling Firewall and Antivirus temporarily.
- Manually killing and restarting the NTK Daemon in Task Manager.
- Attempting to download updates individually instead of "Update All."
Has anyone dealt with this recently? Is there a specific cache folder I should try clearing, or is this a known issue with a specific version of Native Access?
Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
