I purchased Komplete 15 from Rakuten Ichiba (Miki Gakki) and received an email with my serial number I used the “addserial” function in Native Access to copy and paste a serial number, but I'm getting an “invalid serial” error.

If you're getting an "invalid serial number" you'll need to go back to the seller initially and get them to confirm that the number is correct. It may be that they sent you an incorrect number. Or as Jeremy said at exactly the same time, drop support an email with your details :)
