Komplete applications failing to update

Cannot update 6 NI applications in Komplete 14 and after upgrade to 15 the same

(updating the Libraries are OK)

1. trying to update through Native Access:

2. using the Reg Tool and the Keys will be saved to the RegTool Folder

3. Try again

Same Result

4. Try to uninstall through Win/Setting/Apps (also with reinstalling the Reg Keys)

There is no Program Data\(….)\...Setup PC.exe

But Battery 4.json is there:

5. I tried everything also with Virus scan (F-secure) switched OFF.

How can I update these applications?

It's close to impossible for me to determine what you have been doing other than messing with the computer registry. What you describe with respect to the registry and your open JSON editor does not sound of any kind of normal troubleshooting operation.

Using what Reg tool ? As far as I know then the NI reg tool is not saving or restoring registry keys ?

It's not advisable to be too creative when setting up or when trying to fix things , it can lead to unforeseen consequences and make it hard to fix things afterwards.
