Hello,

Recently I bought the Pro Drum Bundle:

This worked OK until I came back from Vacation and found only ONE library left:

On my Laptop all are missing. What happened since July 1st?

On other Libraries in my DAW Kontakt8 requested an update, so I tried.

The Failure where all problems starting:

Using RegTool:

Updating still fails, same as above.

Tried uninstall on Win Control Panel:

In ProgranData is not such a Directory:

From previous same Problems you gave me a Link to a Download Folder.

Downloaded the Installer *.exe, but requires a *.msi:

Now I stuck here:

On my PC are 27 Libraries/Plugins which are not updating, on my Laptop 18. Is something wrong with my account?

How can I download the msi-Files or solve the Problem.

Your two pictures are from two different views ! , Have you checked if the Pro-Drums shows in Library view ?

Could not uninstall previous version of bite

Do you have possibility to 'Repair' clicking the three dots next to product name in N.A. , if so then can you repair the product instead ?

Can not uninstall old version of Kontakt

Exit N.A: , then try removing Kontakt 8 using the 'forced uninstall' function of Revo Pro Uninstaller Trial ,

then if still there then remove Kontakt 8 from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

then reboot computer (important)

then download latest Kontakt 8 from : Account downloads

then turn off you AV

Then run Kontakt 8 installer as an Admin
