Recently purchased a DDJ-FLX4 controller, and was attempting to redeem my free copy of Traktor Play via Native Access. I followed every step according to the Native Instruments website, including downloading NA and making a Native ID, etc. However, when plugging in the controller with the included USB-C cable into my computer with NA open, I do not recieve the popup to download Traktor Play.
(Only adds insult to injury that the controller shown on the instructions page is the exact controller I am trying to use haha - linked here)
I'm aware of other closed discussions regarding this issue, but the accepted answers for those posts do not apply to me. I do not own Traktor Pro, or any other NI software or DAW that would override a Traktor Play license activation. I've additionally tried resetting the XML file within the Native Access folder, to no avail. I am running the latest version of NA, being 3.25.0 as of writing this, the latest version of Windows 11, the latest drivers and firmware, etc. and still have not been able to trigger the popup within NA.
If anyone knows any way to potentially remedy this, I'd appreciate it, and also lmk if there's any info here I'm missing.
