I bought the Kontakt 8 Bunble Crossgrade since August 25th until today in my list of "Products Licence" it appears not registered, doesn't show in Native Access Library. I contacted Native support but had no answer so far. Can someone tell me what to do in this case?

How does one uninstall an instrument registered in Native Access?
That's it, that's the question. How does one accomplish this? I see at one point you implemented the feature, bragged about it, now it's gone — I assume it was a buggy unsupportable mess. There is no "uninstall" in N.A. anymore, but whatever it automated can be done by manually, so What are the steps?
