Komplete 15 Standard Crossgrade registration issue

Hi everyone,

I own Kontakt 7 Bundle, and based on the information I've checked from reliable sources, I should be eligible to register Komplete 15 Standard Crossgrade.

However, when I tried to register it, I got this error:

"The request payload is missing or invalid"

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know what might be causing this error or how to fix it?

I'd appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!
