Can't Add my Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 serial Number

Hi,

A few years ago I bought the Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3, and I was using with my MacOS.

At some point, my iMac died, and now I'm using a new computer with windows 10.

Since the free software Traktor DJ2 doesn't recognize my controller, I went to Native Access and entered my the serial number that is written under my controller, in order to be able to download Traktor Pro.

However, I couldn't enter the serial number because it says the serial number has already been used. Now I'm stuck on my new computer and can't use my controller. Do I really have to pay 150€ for Traktor Pro, or is there a solution ?

If you registered the device with NI on another account then please contact N.I. Support using your present sign in and ask them to help regain access to your lost account and for them to merge it into your present account ! , sending N.I. Support a picture of the serial at the bottom of the device might help.

Use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
