Native Access

I just bought vocoflex by dreamtonics on the native website, but i cannot find the install. it does not show up in my native access. I do see it when i login on the website in my order history, i do see it in the products and licenses tab, but it does not show up in the products downloads there either.

Has anyone ever placed am order but never received their download email? Its been over a day for me usually it comes thru right away. Never had that happen to me and customer service is lagging.
