Missing expansion after purchase. Not appearing in Native Access

so I purchased Rage circuit last night off Native instruments. Thinking that it would just appear in Native Access for download/install like all my other expansions have, however it hasn’t popped up yet and if I go into my products/licenses in my profile on Native instruments, rage circuit will have “not registered next to it”

do I need to reinstall native access or what’s the go?? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Did you get exactly 4 emails in succession from NI - in about a 3-7 min space - right after ordering?

If not - there is most likely a back-end issue with the shopping process.

Expansions should appear very quickly for install in NA.

I only received 3 emails? However I am using an older version of native access I think. Tried installing later version but wasn’t supported on my Mac? Thanks for your help @Vocalpoint

What version of NA are you running?

currently not at my Mac so I can’t even check lol. Does have the old blue and white NI logo/GUI though, rather then the new black one if that helps @Vocalpoint

If it is v1 of Native Access - that is retired and is not kept up to date.

You will need to update your OS to get the latest NA and access to your latest purchases.

yeah okay , makes sense. Funny you say that though, because I recently updated maschine to the 3.7 (or whatever it is) software through NA1

strange how the rage circuit expansion won’t appear through NA1
