Does anyone know how to get Izotope support's attention? I'm attempting to replace the licenses on my lost iLok via PACE's RMA process and would love some help from a representative. Ozone 11, Nectar 4 and Neutron 4 not working on Logic 11 Sonoma 14.5 M1
Is anyone having this problem? Logic will not authorize and authenticate the Izotope products now that I am running without Rosetta to get the benefits of Logic 11. I have contacted Isotope support and they had me delete the cache and reload the plugins, but they all failed during authentication again. Help is appreciated.

How do I connect Ozone 11 Standard to Maschine
I bought Ozone 11 Standard through Izotope, and downloaded and installed it. But I can't connect it to Native Access and I can't link to it in Maschine. The Serial Number is longer than the field to populate in Native Access too, so I can't put it in that way. Any ideas?
