Ozone "Help Us Improve your Experience" won't go away! PLEASE HELP!

Dropped Ozone 11 into the main out and the box that asks to help with crash data won't clear. I cannot scroll down or expand the window. Is there any way to clear this message?

    Hello everyone,

    It’s working!

I want to thank you all for your help. Changing the Windows screen resolution to 1280x800 allowed me to access the buttons on the small screen and make the information disappear. Afterward, I reverted the resolution back to normal, and everything started working without any issues.

    I truly appreciate your support!

Well its not primarily crash data, but this nag screen is pestering you to share usage data, all of which of course "helps them to improve your experience". Yeah its annoying. I got one for Neutron. I got a hold of support and I did get it fixed but it came back again. Frankly with the abysmal situation with support and the merger still going on, Ive sorta put up with mine for the time being.

In Studio One - goto View→Windows→Reset Window Positions.

That should get the Izotope dialog to behave.

Yikes, this was annoying. If you're using FL Studio: I managed to get rid of it by going to the FL wrapper settings (plug/gear icon at the top of the plugin window), and deselecting "DPI aware" at the right under GUI.

I’m dealing with the same issue and have tried all the suggested solutions in my Studio One setup. 🎶🛠️
Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Go to your windows display options and set screen scaling to 100%.

I’ve tried various solutions but haven’t had any success. The issue appeared suddenly - everything was working fine before. I’m convinced the problem is with the Ozone window itself and not related to the computer’s scaling, as everything else is functioning perfectly. In short, it was working, and now it’s not, despite my efforts to resolve it using common troubleshooting methods. I feel just as lost as others who have asked for help in this comment section.

This problem just happened to me today. Ozone 11 on Vegas Pro 22. Was working last week and I have changed anything on this system.

I've tried all the suggestions mentioned here and nothing has helped.

Sorry, that should read HAVEN'T changed anything on the system.
