You do not include very much information for someone in a hurry. But if what is on your profile is what you use here then you are using Mac and Sonoma. As such then then, in case that you do not know then the most basic of advice is that everything N.I. (probably also iZotope) must have been granted full disk access including when installing and including NTKDaemon.
When it comes to iZotope then sometimes the problem has been seen to be that user has customized Mac user system folders and similar which does not always go down well when installing iZotope software. Also if having installed using Native Access then the latest N.A. versions has been giving more people problems.

I sent the PNG of the error message which is all I have… Prior to the NI - Izotope merger all of my Izotope products worked just fine.. So I'm confused by your comment which didnot address the error message from NI. I am hoping to here from somebody at NI who can tell me what the error message means. Thank you for your response.

I have no specific info on your problem. However there has been a number of mishaps with N.A. and especially Mac users and with respect to stuff suddenly appearing as demo products. And since N.I. at the moment has been working on unifying iZotope and Native Instruments also in the sense that some products are sometimes suddenly installed by N.A. where before installed by iZotope Product Portal then it is entirely possible that this is yet another N.A. mishap of which we have seen a few over time. Of course I can not say for sure. Also , then both your OS and N.I. software might have been updating making it virtually impossible for me to do other than pitch in from the sideline as best I can.
I am hoping to here from somebody at NI who can tell me what the error message means.
As Kaiwan_NI suggest then you need to contact iZotope support if you installed the software using the iZotope Product Portal (iZotope install support or iZotope Ozone Support ) or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support if having used Native Access for installation.

As I perused this Community I found the answer from someone at NI Product support. They said to delete the NI App from the Applications folder and another NI folder from the Library folder. Then Reistall the NI app. That worked, I was able to then download the izotope product portal without the NI error popping up. Now NI and Izotope are fucntioning as before. I'll have to do it on my other Mac too. I was important to download the correct NI download. you are given the choice of Intel or Sililcone.. This computer is a M2 the other is an I7 Intel chip so they take two differnt download files… Let's how the IMac updates like the M2 did.
I hope this helps… Contacting Izotope is as impossible as contacting NI at this point… but this community with a little effort provided the support I needed… Thank You0 -
