I bought a Ozone Standard two days ago, and I’ve been trying to reach the costumer support and they didn’t answer. I didn't even received a Conformation, that I had try to reach the customer support. Means I got no Ticket-ID. My order has three days under review and I have no idea when I can download my Product. Maybe it has something to do with the whole Native - Izotope thing? What should I do. My credit card has already been charged...
