What can I do whether Ozone 11 EQ is nnot installed correctly?

Hello! I just attempted to download Ozone 11 EQ through Native Access. There SEEM to be all the fundamental files in the folders.

Issue is that, when I try to to connect the plugin to my DAW (I am usinf FL studio) it either doesn't scan it or it says there are missing files

Is anyone familiar with this? 🙄

What files does it complain about? On Windows a lot of the iZotope products install additional DLLs into the VST folder that some DAWs complain about and say they're blacklisted or just invalid VST files. Do you see the Ozone EQ product in your effect list, or is it missing completely?

Please tell us your exact Windows version and your exact DAW version and give us a screenshot of the error.
