ozone 11 elements Installation failed

hello so I have recently got the komplete 15 select beats bundle through Akai and I have gotten all the other plugins to install except ozone 11 elements every time I have tried to install it it has just said "Installation failed you may need to grant full disk access to native access and the daemon" and I have done it restarted my computer and it still hasn't work tried installing it on my ssd and main hard drive but still doesn't work not sure what to do so I'm here to hopefully get some answers here's a screenshot if you need it

Are you also using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?

And are disks of correct format ? : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
