The products portal for iZotope has lost all of my Ozone products. I made the purchase many years ago and I don't have access to the email that I purchased it with. And the products portal and the iZotope website are not letting me log in from that account, even though I know I have the password saved still.
It is possible that I changed the iZotope account to my current email, but that is the one that has all my stuff missing from it— no purchase history, and an empty product portal. It is likely that all of the Ozone 8 products are still on my old computer, but I cannot access that computer right now, it will take months before I can afford to fix it.
Finally getting back into recording music, but no ability to do so if iZotope and Native Instrument's merger has left so many people with erased product history.
I will never purchase from Native Instruments again. The previous Komplete Ultimate update was the most obviously repacked sine waves that I have ever encountered. What chimps.
