Hi there. There's a crossgrade for Ozone 11 Advanced for owners of Komplete 2-14, right?

I have Komplete 9 but seem to be not able to use that crossgrade price. Did I miss anything?

What you most likely are missing is that the yellow exclamation point shown below is 'cosmetic' only and only serves as a warning to make sure that you check your own eligibility prior to purchasing.
