OZONE 11 Advanced - Not qualify for crossgrade

Hi guys!
I'm trying to purchase the crossgrade to Ozone 11 Advanced. I have Komplete 14 standard. According to the grossgrade rules, I should be eligible to do this crossgrade. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Is there no longer support at Native Instruments? Trying to contact someone just seems to lead to moving through an Americanised loop of 'help' articles that never delivers the means to actually get support.

    There's a button that says 'Log in to get support' (even when I'm logged in). What it doesn't do is deliver support. It just puts me into the constant loop - again.

    I'm hoping to clarify an issue with a potential crossgrade - there doesn't seem to be a way.
