No order confirmation or product download. Login keeps saying wrong email.

I ordered Ozone11 Advanced. NI charged my credit card but I never received a confirmation of the order or the actual download. I opened a ticket with NI and got one response so far. Also the login is really messed up. It keeps saying the wrong email or password and I've reset it several times.

Super frustrating. I am caught in a void between NI & Izotope.

Anyone have any ideas?

    Resolved: Customer service emailed me and it looks like my purchase was sent to some other person's email address. They refunded the money. I am going to create a new account and start fresh.
