IZOTOPE NOT FONCTION - WHY?

HELLO everyone,
please help me solve this problem.
Since May 1st, iZotope Portal has moved to Native Access, and from that moment on, my subscription suite has stopped working.
Native Access tells me that ALL IT'S OK but in native acces all izootpe's plugin are in demo mode and doesn't authorize my products anymore.
I’m still paying the monthly fee, the Native support team sees my product and confirms it’s in order, but they haven’t been able to find a solution.

Are you experiencing the same issue?
Have you managed to solve it?
