Trying to buy crossgrade ozone 11 advanced, when i have KUCE15

I am logged in, i only have one account with all my stuff on it, and i want to get Ozone 11 advanced or Music Production Suite 7.1 crossgrade, but it just says i am ineligible. So i am hesitant to buy it.

Do not believe that any Komplete package is an eligible crossgrade product for that suite. I think the only way to own paid iZotope product.

If it were me - I would first take a look at my options via the iZotope Shop and not the NI Shop. These two companies are not fully integrated yet. iZotope purchasing still works best from their home site

This crossgrade only works for registered users of Komplete 2-15 Standard, Komplete 8-15 Ultimate, Komplete 12-15 Ultimate Collector's Edition.

It says this in ozone 11 advanced. I do have Komplete Ultimate 15 collectors edition

Thanks for the help i have opened a ticket, and hope to hear back by wednesday.

I can't quite afford it out of crossgrade, but if they cant help me i will wait another 3 weeks.

You ought definitely qualify to use the Ozone 11 advanced.

As for the Music Production Suite 7.1 crossgrade then what I can see then most places the crossgrade says 'crossgrade from any paid iZotope product'. Since the KUCE15 includes Ozone 11 Standard then one could imagine that that would qualify also but I don't know if that counts also when in the KUCE15 bundle..

But you have done the right thing by contacting support , N.I. Purchase Support have the final say in all the shop matters so if you made a ticket then they should get back to you soon hopefully.
