Ozone 11 Advanced RMA
Does anyone know how to get Izotope support's attention? I'm attempting to replace the licenses on my lost iLok via PACE's RMA process and would love some help from a representative. I've opened multiple tickets through the chatbot and tried emailing a few addresses personally to no luck unfortunately!

I am no expert , especially not on iLok , but it appear to me that you are following procedure , please check this iLok FAQ page also.
With respect to iZotope support then there is really no 'emailing' addresses' and no point in opening more tickets if you already opened one, you need to wait for a response.
I can try and ask if @Jeremy_NI thinks that it needs looking into but that's all that I can do for you !
