I bought a Ozone Standard two days ago, and I’ve been trying to reach the costumer support and they didn’t answer. I did try to reach the customer service. I got ticket nr. 4134879. My order has three days under review and I have no idea when I can download my Product. Maybe it has something to do with the whole Native - Izotope thing? What should I do. My credit card has already been charged...
