No confirmation email and download product

@Jeremy_NI I purchased Ozone 11 advanced this morning but I never received a confirmation email with the serial number for activation or download. However, I was charged. this product being intended for professional use I request the activation of my product otherwise I would have to block the payment, this is not the first time that I have had a problem with your system. I have a screenshot of the payment screen validated on link
