i bought Master session ethnic percussion library from Heavyocity a while ago, but now i'm trying to install it again in a new pc and native access keeps asking me to locate the library even though i haven't downloaded it yet

Problem downloading the instrument.
Problem downloading the instrument. "Access 2" downloads Symphony Series Woodwind Solo to 3.12Gb and stops downloading. Windows 11 Pro reinstalled.. did not help.

Native Access 3.0.1 unable to install , all products missing unless I toggle show legacy
I just nought komplete 14 UC and first installed NA 3.0.1 on my M1 Mac. No products shown and none avaliable, but when I click legacy all are shown. Any idea if this is known issue and how can I install my new purchase?

Playbox not being installed after displaying installation successful
I tried to install Playbox today and even though Native Access shows it as installed without a problem (green tick), it shows up as not being installed when I restart Native Access. Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt also don't show it. I am able to install any other plugin just fine. OS: Windows 11

How to uninstall AAX and VST?
Hi, Native Instruments doesn't allow me to select, which PlugIns I want to install. I would like to get rid of AAX-PlugIns and VST PlugIns, where there is a VST3 Version. Is it save to just delete them from the folder or is there another way to do this? I'm on Windows 10.

Cant locate Xosphere 2 Library due to Serial Number
I've just downloaded Sample Logic's Xosphere 2 and would like to add it to my Native Access. However the serial number for Xosphere 2 is 5 groups of only 4 numbers and letters rather than 5 groups of 5 numbers (Xosphere original was 5 groups of 5 numbers). Any or all help on how to add Xosphere 2 would be most appreciated.

Kontakt Player Error
