My Mk3 Maschine has completely Bugged out and I can't find anyone else with the same problem
A few days ago I went to turn my Mk3 on like always and this time it didn't give me the usual rainbow start up. when i turn it on now it looks like this (see picture) and there isn't anything i can do to fix it. only some of the pads still register in the controller application but it is basically unusable. PLEASE HELP

Can't Get Ashlight working in MPE for either Live or Bitwig

Is there a way to check on a ticket? I went through the KK support wizard and generated a ticket (3973016). I received an automated e-mail asking for the info from the support tool, which I have replied to. Since I got the automated e-mail, I know my address was correct ... 😊 Appreciate any pointers.

S4 MK3 - Sound leaks when loading a new track.
On my Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3 I have an issue when loading s new track into a deck. Even the sound leaks as if the fader was fully open.
