MacBook Pro m2 doesn't recognize Komplete kontrol s88 MkII

Hey there,

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro (m2 chip) for mobility reasons but im unable to connect my Komplete Kontrol S88 with it. I already bought a usb A to usb C adapter but the MacBook still doesn't recognize the Keyboard. When I open the Audio-Midi-Setup App, the device is not shown there. It is also not shown under the system settings. Does anybody know why or what I should try? The firmware is already on the newest version and I already downloaded the additional software like Komplete Kontrol etc.

Have you tried the standard trouble-shooting guide ?

Especially be sure to also check that the NIHardwareAgent or NIHostIntegrationAgent services are running in the background and that you are using latest version of Native Access 2 / 3 for Apple Silicon :

If that and what @PoorFellow wrote earlier did not work, try the keyboard on another computer, if it behaves the same then it's most probably a hardware issue, then get in otouch with our hardware department: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware
