i can´t use my Raum plugin because it saids my KOMPLETE NOW subscription is cancelled but i already have a serial number for RAUM already registered, does anyone have the same problem?

Pro tools crash with NI effects
Hello, i work with pro tools 12.0 on Mac OS 12.1. Recently pro tools start to crash on startup, it gives me error 'AAE 9178' on some plugins, so i remove those plugins and it works, but i need those plugins and some of those were active in a lot of sessions that i'm mixing. Solved - Raum preset save problem
Hello! SOLVED: works fine after reboot 4 :) I can't save a preset in Raum, this is an error message. I try whatever name (no special characters), the same. What could be the reason? What is the solution? Thanks!
