Komplete Start FX plugs showing 'cancelled' in Native Access

Hi all,

I previously had a Komplete Now sub but cancelled it as I've got too many other subs on the go currently. I realised Komplete Start offered some of the previous FX that were included in the Now sub, for free, so registered, added serials etc. but Native Access doesn't highlight Raum, Replika etc. as available - it simply states 'cancelled' next to it.

Any help on this issue would be hugely appreciated as these are 2 fantastic FX plugins.

This has been reported and the Native Access team will be looking at it. You'll need to put in a support ticket to get it resolved before they come out with a fix.
