i can´t use my Raum plugin because it saids my KOMPLETE NOW subscription is cancelled but i already have a serial number for RAUM already registered, does anyone have the same problem?

That's a common problem at the moment unfortunately. You'll need to contact support to get your subscription removed and that'll let Raum work again. The support links are here - Purchase & Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
