Raum Pre-delay sync question
Hey all,
I have a quick question. I decided to learn raum, actually read through the manual and play around with it but I ran into something I can't figure out.
So I have a song in 4/4, 120 bpm and I have the cosmic reverb, set the predelay to sync and have it set to 1/4 straight. so that should give me quarter notes right? and it does but only if I have the reverb knob set to 0%. If I set the knob to 100% and put that over a click track it doesn't match up.
Is there a way for me to have the sound of the 100% reverb knob, but with the predelay timing of when it's set to 0%? I'm having trouble understanding why this changes the timing so much.
Can anyone explain for me?

Is your dry sound right on the grid?
Pre delay at 1/4 means it will be 1/4 note behind the beat, not sure if that's obvious or not

Yeah, the dry sound is right on the grid.
But when I turn the reverb knob back to 100% the gaps between get longer and fall between the beats.
