Today the NI software I am using in a project (Battery, Kontakt) was in demo mode, I had to activate it via Native Access. The registered password did not work. Any other users experiencing problems with their accounts?

Why was I charged twice?
My last payment was in January 2025. Since I didn't make a payment afterward, my account became inactive. Today, I updated my payment method to reactivate it and made the payment.
