download & Install third party libraries

I just bought First Call Horns, Mojo 2 & Vintage Horns. Normally, I install libraries on an external SSD SAMPLES/KONTAKT SOUNDS. During the process, Native Access downloaded First Call Horns to that location. Mojo 2 got hung up the message Locate Mojo 2 showing my normal location telling me relocate it or something. It stopped downloading. There is a Playbox Library folder. Am I supposed to put these 3rd party libaries into this? I'm stuck. I just paid for a great deal and can't download or install it.

A lot depends on if the library is fully licenses as an NI instrument or is simply NI compatible. Many of these companies such as 8DIO or Spitfire Audio don't have full licenses on all of their products, so they have their own download and install processes separate from Native Instruments. You need to check with the vendors to determine what their installation processes are and if they provide their own separate download/install utility you need to install to get them working and how to load them for use in Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol.

Thanks Dunedin. I appreciate your help. I'm a former sax player who lost partial use of my left which cut the saxophone out of my life. I'm a longtime midi guy and am always looking for good horn samples.
