iZotope Music production suite available in Native access not installable

Hi, I can see the included sw as not installed in Native Acces, and the ADD LIBRARY is available, but adding the library assum that the sw already has been installed using Native Access, which is not the case because this was originalled installed through iZotope´s own installer. I have also added the relevant serial which was accepped OK.
So, problem is that I do not find any reference folder to where i can add the libraries as the instaler expect to find a "previous version" - I think. Usually I do not have any problems with finding correct paths for installations…
If anyone who can point me in the right direction, I would be happy :)
All the best, PerJ

Not sure what is going on over there - but I can tell you that your version of Native Access is not current (and appears to be v1) - which is essentially retired now.
Here is what a (not yet installed) iZotope product looks like on my machine using the current version of Native Access (v3.17.0):
There is no "Add Library" - just a normal Install option.

Hello PerJ,
The reason of the issue is probably caused by using the Native Access 1 still as VocalPoint also mentioned. Therefore, can you please try to download the latest Native Access 2 version using the link below:
I hope this helps☺️

Because this was originalled installed through iZotope´s own installer.
As far as I know then iZotpe and N.I. are not yet fully merged so you will probably still have to install products that you have from iZotope.com by using their iZotope Product Portal
I have also added the relevant serial which was accepped OK.
That might have created some confusion in N.A. if you added an iZotope serial from iZotope.com when sites has not yet been fully merged.

If you then afterwards can point N.A. to the installed products I don't know.
Another possibility would be that you can try installing the products from product installers from your iZotope account download if they are there. But I couldn't possibly foresee the result of doing that. At the moment then I think that you ought to install bought on iZotope.com by using the iZotope Product Portal and products bought at the Native Instruments site by using the Native Access client.
Else then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !
P.S.
If you have bought some sort of product cross-grade on the N.I. site and you have the qualifying product on the iZotope site then that might possibly not work at the moment. But in that case then you would need to contact N.I. support to either sort out the issue for you or give a refund. Respectively N.I. Account Support and N.I. Purchase Support

Thank you so much for a good and thorough answer. I will reach out to iZotope support and see if they can contribute to solving this.

And remember that your version of Native Access is retired as well.
You need to get onto version 3.17.0 (or higher)
