In case that you need guidance contacting support then please read the : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

General intro : Otherwise then for ALL support topics, e.g. Purchase Support , Account Support or e.g. Native Access support then when you have clicked your choice on the support page here ! , then on the next page , then first check the Popular Topics , Related Articles and the visit 'Online Community' to see if there is any answer to your question ! and if it doesn't help then scroll down the page and log-in at page bottom. Then scroll down to page bottom again and notice the little blue box down in the right corner of interface this is the new interface in the works ! So you have to click on that !

Chat Support is now also available daytime on workdays , quote : "How to get in touch with our Customer Care" : For assistance with purchases, accounts, and Native Access, you'll have an option to initiate a chat session. Simply click on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner, and you'll be assisted by a virtual assistant. If your issue remains unresolved after consulting our help articles, a human chat agent will be available to assist you.

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.
