Can't locate library because it isn't even installed

I recently purchased a Kontakt library called Fred Poirier - Afterglow. I added the serial via Native Access and downloaded the library. I'm not sure if it installed or if there was an error as I left my computer for a bit, but now it is stuck on "Locate". the problem is, I've looked for its location and can't find it anywhere. As far I can tell it was never actually downloaded on my computer.

Either way, Native Access gives no option to remove the library and try again… it's just stuck on locate and gives me an error no matter what folder I choose as the location. I don't know why there's no option to simply remove the library, especially since it shows no mbs downloaded…

That is a Spitfire library.

What I suspect you must do is installing it from Spitfire Audio and only then use NA to authorize and locate it

Did you follow the instructions from your place of purchase ? I do not know what were the instructions for your particular purchase and it really doesn't say anywhere. But general Spitfire Audio Download and Install help suggests that you are supposed to use the Spitfire Audio Application for installation before pointing N.A. to the point of installation.

Hey everyone, thanks so much for the replies. I was able to install the library and locate it after downloading via the spitfire audio app. I really just assumed I only needed native access, so my bad for not seeing the spitfire audio app requirements.
