Hi everyone. After importing a .tsi file, I can no longer find the Mixer, Extended, and other presets in the Layout Manager section. Is there a way to recreate them or customize the layout? Thanks.

How to buy a tractor controller without software? I already have it Traktor pro3,Traktor pro2. Thank you

I've been using my S4 for years and it's always been fine with 2 decks connected to inputs C & D. Suddenly one leg of input D has gone really quiet - almost like the 'pan' knob has been turned. The VU input meters show one input and maybe 4 or 5 times higher than the other. The physical deck is fine - swapping the inputs…

I have a very strange issue with the S2 MK3 and Traktor Pro 3.5. When I switch the decks to 'Scratch' mode, just passing my hand over the jogs —without even touching them— makes the track loaded on that deck stop, as if there were some kind of electromagnetic induction or something similar. Has anything like this happened…

Last night i was playing music in a disco pub with a msi modern 14 (i7 10 gen, 16gb ram and a 1tb ssd nvme). The music randomly stopped and the waves was blurry. Windows was ok but i had to force the close of traktor. Is it an open bug?, did u have any problems like this one?. I only have icloud and traktor installed in…

I’ve been using the Traktor Kontrol S4 for a couple of months now and been loving it. I find though that trying to use the remix deck in an effective manner is tough given that there are only 4 active buttons at a time. I’ve seen people using remix decks on maschine though and do some really cool stuff since you can…

I updated my maschine plus recently and now I’m unable to find the link option when using my maschine plus on standalone mode. Then when i use it via USB, Maschine and traktor links but doesn’t seem to sync. Please advice on how i could resolve this Thank you

I have a Inpulse 500 and was surpised to be trying to get back to Traktor as the sound quality have misssed me ;) Was first on Traktor, then moved to serato years ago and now trying to get back to Traktor 4. Using the demo as i got a TR2 license only for now. I've noticed that they added a mixer FX, sadly the filter still…

Hello Native Instruments team, I am writing regarding my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3, which originally included a Traktor Pro 3 license. Recently, I have seen that several users with the same controller —and even older purchase dates than mine— have been granted a complimentary license for Traktor Pro 4 after contacting your…

I decided to dust off my Kontrol S2 MK3 that worked fine before. I put the audio input to ASIO as its the only option that produces sound for me. But after a few measures of a song It continually swaps audio inputs literally every 5 seconds, then all the buttons on the controller light up in a rythmic pattern followed by…

Hello, can someone help me with sx2 mapping for traktor please? djtechtools page not working. czacapan@gmail.com 🙏

It is time consuming to go and generate stems for over 50,000 songs when in serato its automatic. Why cant traktor do the same. Its not a good look native instrument

Lost my music hard drive. My time Machine backup drive had failed. Thanks Apple for Time Machine not letting me know the drive went south! Any way I was left with a drive that had hundreds of numbered folders. I used Mac Linux to pull those file off the bad drive and have come up with maybe 9K of the original 80K songs I…

Hello everyone, my problem is the following: when playing a mix, the sound may stop abruptly. Another problem is a cloudy wave and the screens do not work. They do not show any information. I tried updating the drivers on the PC, but to no avail. Windows writes the drivers are updated. ASIO drivers are available. Windows…
