Confusion: NI-Acc.1 installed, prompt to upgrade to NI-Acc2... ?!

1st off: Hello World, hello fellow music enthusiasts!

I just got my new Macbook (MBP, M3pro, 18GB RAM) & migrated my warez from my old Intel i5-MBP. Native Access & TRAKTOR didn't cause problems… or so, I thought:

When starting up N-Acc (V.1) for the first time, I got a message to upgrade to V.2, since V.1 would not support the M3-chipset.

Hence, I downloaded V.2, so far, so good.

Now, V.2 does not come with ANY documentation on how to install it (NATIVE INSTRUMENTS, pls read!), and the more I read, the more confused I get… Thus, I have to ask for your help:

Do I just install V.2 "over" V.1 ?
Do I. 1st deinstall V.1 - if so, how pls?
Do I keep V.1 (got some older Guitar Rig & Kontakt (player & instruments), plus a few FX AND install V.2 simultaneously (sure will not havve both running at 1 time!)?

I DO run A. "Live Suite" & Logic as well, and it would be perfect if these 3 warez would play together. I am also planning to DJ & perform live-sets in the future, therefore I'd need a stable (as possible) system… you may guess I am a bit nooby-lost… and you're right, I'm afraid (shame on mü!).

Any help will be greatly appreciated, and in case I can provide further info I'll gladly do so.

Thanks loads for reading & any hints how I can get that new computer set up properly!

Warez??? If you're running cracked versions of anything, you wont get any help here.

Maybe my understanding of the word is outdated? Since words get butchered these days it wouldn't surprise me.

Wohoho…. easy friends!

1. sry I didn't get back to you earlier.

2. Cracked software? Haven't done that since y2k's "Megaupload"-Boom! Fun fact: I did even kill my windows machine back then - lesson learned, I guess (hope!). I didn't even know "warez" as being a moniker for stolen (aka "cracked") software until now. Another lesson learned.

3. To be as concise as I can: NO, I DO NOT USE ANY STOLEN SOFTWARE! Nor do I use/buy/own ANY stolen goods AT ALL (that is afaik, ofc)! Hope that's enough clarification once & for all!

4. Meanwhile, I installed NI access V2 anew after being prompted. As I am on a Macbook Pro 14" M3pro (officially bought directly from Apple, just in case), I installed the arm- / M1&M2-package. This created a new problem albeit, it looks as if it is not possible to change the headline of this discussion. Therefore, I will start a new thread.

Thx to both of you for chiming in & trying to help. However, it is quite rude to suspect me of stealing! I do understand the root of the problem, however I find the reaction "won't get any help here" over the top indeed!
