I cant seem to find a way to contact support re: "send crashlog..."
K7 pooped out a crashlog and asked me to send it to support but none of the support pages list any means to do so (I AM logged in) Any ideas out there?
anyone have this issue before?
NI Access shows all my libraries, yet Kontakt 7 doesn't recognize them and Kontakt Player shows them as "Demo".
No Libraries after Migration, but proper paths in Native Access
I recently used migration assistant to move from an M2 MBPro running OS 13 to an M4PRO MBPro running OS 15. In Native Access, I see a list of all my libraries, with all showing correct product paths. This morning I had both Maschine and Cakewalk Sonar running, along with too many other apps causing some issues with memory thrashing.
