No Libraries after Migration, but proper paths in Native Access

I recently used migration assistant to move from an M2 MBPro running OS 13 to an M4PRO MBPro running OS 15. In Native Access, I see a list of all my libraries, with all showing correct product paths. No repair necessary. However, none of my libraries show up at all in Kontakt 6-8. They aren't even listed in the settings menus. I have followed online resources to delete resources from my user/library, etc. but nothing has fixed it. I can't get a reply from NI tech support. When I open Logic to playback previously made songs, no Kontakt instances know where the sample are and don't even show the same product path shown in NA in their re-linking/search dialogues. What do I do?

I would suggest that the problem is caused by using the migration assistant.

I know from reading on other software forums where people have had issues after using it, and the recommendation is not to use it.

Well yes, I’m certain that’s why I am experiencing these problems. But I can’t turn back now and I need to fix the issue.

Migrating from an Apple silicon machine to another Apple silicon machine usually poses not too much of a problem as long as all internal and external storage volume names are the same on both machines. The only major issue is apps that use DRM based on machine hardware UID.

Coming back to the problem with Kontakt 6-8, have you tried reinstalling them in Native Access? Just click on the ellipsis (the 3 horizontal dots) next to the inactive Installed button, and a drop-down menu appears with Reinstall as one option. After they have been reinstalled, run them as standalone first to repopulate their databases.

I believe I tried that but I’ve been through so much now honestly I can’t remember. Thanks and I will a shot. I’ll come back here and let you know what happens.

I did this and still no libraries appear. In version 8, in the new GUI, all my libraries are there, but in the traditional view, or in Kontakt 5-7 no libraries appear in the library pane. NA shows all libraries correctly installed with proper paths.

Update: I manually installed every file/folder throughout my computer related to Kontakt 5-8, including all preferences and files found in library and user library. I restarted my computer and opening NA and did fresh installs of all Kontakt versions. This didn't fix the problem. I filled a support request three days ago and no one from NI has responded. Any other ideas? On another note, I have sent requests for NI to make new Kontakt versions replace old versions so we don't end up navigating different versions for different projects, but I guess this isn't possible for some reason :/

That should have said, "I manually deleted every file/folder…"
